OUTLINE SUMMARY OF TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADING (SUPPLY OF GOODS ONLY)
It is important that before placing an order with us you have read and understood our full terms and conditions. You can access these by [clicking on the link]. To assist you, this is a summary of the terms that we particularly want to draw to your attention. The definitive and detailed wording is in the full terms. Do not rely on the wording in this summary for any legal effect.
• The price quoted by us includes delivery costs unless delivery is to an address outside the EC.
• All mobile telephones supplied by us are, unless otherwise indicated, refurbished Grade ‘A’ phones, unlocked and simcard-free with a 3 month warranty.
• The first step is for you to place your order and make payment, which, if you are in an EC country, may be made by credit or debit card through our on-line purchasing facility. You can also pay by cheque or bank transfer.
• When we have received payment and accepted your order we will post an Order Acceptance & Dispatch Confirmation on our web site. You must print a copy of the Order Acceptance & Dispatch Confirmation and your Invoice.
• You will need your order reference number to track your order and to quote in any communication to us.
• We will then send your goods by courier, which should usually be delivered to your address within about 2 weeks of your order.
We offer the following upgrade and/or refund options (subject to conditions)
• Enhancement Aerial: If you experience Enhancement Failure (see definition in full terms and conditions) with our standard Enhancement Aerial, (supplied individually or with a system) you can, within time limits, take up the option of upgrading it to a High Gain Aerial.
• High Gain Aerial: If you experience Enhancement Failure with our High Gain Aerial, and you return it and the full system & paperwork to us in as new condition, we will refund to you the payment that you made, less a deduction by way of contribution to our administrative and delivery costs. Again time limits apply.
