We are a clothing company purchasing joblots and surplus stock, current and previous season of designer clothing. We have some items in quantity while others are more exclusive and only in limited numbers and sizes. We aim to pass our savings from astute buying directly to the customer thus guaranteeing the cheapest prices in comparison to the high street and the web.
We appreciate the difficulty in buying online and therefore guarantee that the item in the picture is the item you will receive and if you are still unhappy for any reason you can return the unworn item with tags still attached for a full refund within 10 days, this is in addition to your statutory rights. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By placing an order you are signifying your acceptance of these terms and conditions and will be legally bound by them. These terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This web site and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

RETURNS POLICY
|
If you are not fully satisfied with the product(s) that you receive then you may return them to labeljunkies.com within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the product(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, within their original packaging and the tags have NOT been removed.
Please take extra care to read the product care instructions with your items as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
|
Customers are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s). For faulty goods this will be refunded upon receipt of goods. Customers are also required to complete the returns form in full included with every order. You must re-package the product, this can be done in the original packaging sent out, also FULLY complete returns form and return to: labeljunkies.com, Newfoundland Chambers, 43A Whitchurch Road, Cardiff, CF14 3JN, United Kingdom.
When returning product it is advisable to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Please note, we only deliver items to the same address as the invoice address. This is a necessary fraud prevention strategy. However, if you're an established customer, we may consider deliverig items to an alternative address.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
|
All orders received before 2pm are dispatched the same day using overnight delivery, every item is sent out using recorded delivery and a signature must be obtained upon delivery.

CHARGES
|
Delivery within UK & Northern Ireland costs £5 with an additional £2.50 per extra item, Western Europe costs £7 with £2 per extra item. The rest of the world costs £12 with £3 per extra item.

MISSING INTERNATIONAL ITEMS
|
We send out all items using recorded delivery which can be tracked online. International orders can only be tracked upon arrival into the destination Country from where they are handed over to the local postal service for that Country and must be tracked through the local service. We can only guarantee delivery to the local postal service from where the customer takes responsibilty. We can provide all necessary tracking numbers to help facilitate item location.
